A $4.5 Million Push to Get Out the Vote

The Congressional Black Caucus Institute has launched a bold $4.5 million initiative called “So Vote,” aimed at energizing voters before the midterm elections. The campaign zeroes in on young, rural, and majority Black communities across the South, Midwest, and West, building strength through local grassroots partnerships.
