Rudy Giuliani Officially Disbarred In Washington, DC For 2020 Election Scheme

A bar discipline committee in Washington, D.C. concluded that Rudy Giuliani should be disbarred for “frivolous” and “destructive” efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. The former mayor and attorney to Donald Trump, was disbarred in New York this summer for this same reason.

The decision was made by a 3-member panel in a 38-page written decision, that can be read here. “He claimed massive election fraud but had no evidence of it, … By prosecuting that destructive case Mr. Giuliani, a sworn officer of the Court, forfeited his right to practice law.”
